100% inspection system called the ShadowGage Sorter, from Resec Systems LLC, a Bergenfield, NJ-based manufacturer of automated, 100% inspection sorting systems for small turned parts is being used by Warren Screw Products which produces 600 active parts that are all uniquely designed for a customer-specific application.

For the most aggressive deburring or surface finishing the solution is a wheel brush that uses abrasive nylon filaments made of silicon carbide. Diamond grit can be used for the hardest metals and alloys in use today. The construction of composite hub radial wheel brushes, provides a long-lasting wheel with less filament breakage, superior performance and cost reduction.
